A deposit of 50% of the value of the Portrait is required before commencement. This is refundable minus 10% to cover costs incurred, should you not be happy with the completed Portrait.

The balance due will be invoiced on completion, and the Portrait will be sent to you via Insured post once the final payment has been received.

The Artist retains all copyright of the completed Artwork.

The Artwork may be used by the client for display and personal enjoyment only.

No prints or copies may be made or profit gained in any way from the Artwork without the express written  permission of the Artist.

The Artist retains the right to use the image for advertising,  through printed adverts (e.g. Flyers) and Digital or Social media. (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)

The Artist retains the right to use the image on printed products (e.g. Greetings cards, Prints and other merchandise) where appropriate.

Placement of an order means that the client accepts the Terms and Conditions stated.
